Mitred Worktop Edge
Create the look of a substantial stone worktop with a carefully joined, deep front edge and a clean, architectural finish.

What is a Mitred worktop edge?
A mitred edge is made by joining sections of stone along precisely cut, angled edges. This allows the front of the worktop to look deeper than the main horizontal slab, without requiring the entire worktop to be made from one thick piece of stone.
The result is a bold, straight-edged appearance that can work especially well on kitchen islands, breakfast bars and contemporary worktop designs. The aim is to give the edge a continuous look, although the exact visibility of the join will depend on the stone pattern and the quality of the fit.
How much does a Mitred edge cost?
This is an additional edge-fabrication charge on top of your kitchen worktop price. VAT treatment and any project-specific requirements will be confirmed in your quotation.
